We will review all applications and candidate resumes within 48 hours of the candidate’s submission. Once reviewed, our team will personally meet with qualified candidates and then schedule interviews for you based on the candidates who meet the job requirements.

When Should I Hire Candidate Source?

Our recruiting management service is tailored based on the businesses demand for recruiting help. We have clients who hire us to help them each month with on-going management, and others who ask us to help supplement their internal recruiting team during seasonal surges or hiring blitzes.  

One of our team members will work closely with you to identify the plan that works best for you.

How do you charge?

Pricing varies depending on the commitment length. Our primary billing options are; a monthly management fee, Project/Blitz Fee, &/or Per Candidate Fee 

What types of positions does this work best for?

We have seen the most success with hourly roles that have regular turnover. These types of positions tend to have high application rates and poor candidate follow through.

Salaried positions require more attention from our senior recruiters and we typical recommend our Professional Search service.

Do you handle all advertising?

This depends on the package you select. While some clients continue to advertise for positions, our recruiting team will manage the applicant flow, so you are only dealing with qualified candidates.

Our clients also gain access to our entire network of candidates which allows them to increase the number of candidates who are exposed to their open jobs.
