Trial Hiring is ideal for skilled, hourly positions. Entry level positions tend to have higher turnover during the first 30 days which is not ideal for a quick conversion period.

Popular position types – Mechanical Assemblers, Forklift Operators, Lead Positions, Mid-Level Administrative positions, & other hourly roles with starting pay rates greater than $16 per hour.

– For jobs that are salary based, we charge a placement fee of 9-11% first year salary. We break this fee down over 4 payments.
