What You’ll Do:

 What We’re Looking For:

• Mechanical and electrical repair experience — especially with conveyors, scanners, and checkweighers

• Hands-on experience with pressure accumulation conveyors and packaging equipment

• Ability to read schematics and perform basic troubleshooting on electrical systems

• Computer proficiency and ability to navigate a CMMS system (experience preferred)

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and occasionally at heights or in dusty environments

• Willingness to work weekends or night shift for coverage

• Wrap and stage pallets for movement to storage or processing areas

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including order picking during peak periods

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior warehouse receiving or unloading experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

• Previous experience with RF Scanners a plus

• Reliable transportation to Ashland, VA and a valid driver’s license
