Candidate Source is hiring driver helpers for a growing appliance supplier in Richmond, VA. This role involves delivering and installing washers and dryers at customer locations (mostly apartments and commercial facilities), removing old units, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional service and timely operations.

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install washers and dryers at residential and commercial properties.

• Safely remove old units and transport them back to the warehouse for servicing or disposal.

• Conduct minor repairs and ensure the proper functioning of installed units.

• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members regarding deliveries and installations.

• Adhere to all safety protocols during installation and driving operations.

• Document all installations, repairs, and customer interactions accurately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and move heavy appliances, including washers and dryers (up to 185 pounds) regularly.

• Familiarity with hand tools and basic wiring.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work.

• Willingness to travel overnight on occasion.
